How much does exhibition booth design and build cost in Riyadh?
Eventful Group's Simple 3 x 3 m booth planning estimate starts at SAR 13,400 before VAT, or SAR 15,410 including 15% VAT. It includes design, the base build, Riyadh transport, installation and dismantling. Exhibition space, organiser charges and add-ons are separate. This is an indicative estimate, not an approved fixed quote.
What do we need from you first?
The expo name, your stand number and size, the floor plan if the organizer has issued one, your logo files and the two or three things visitors should do at your booth.
Who approves the design?
Most organizers review booth drawings, especially for structures above standard height or for double decks. Exhibitor manuals set the rules, and approval timing is the organizer's to decide.
How early should we start?
Earlier is easier. Design, organizer review and fabrication each take time that depends on the scope and the expo's calendar. We confirm a realistic plan in writing once we see your brief. We do not promise a fixed turnaround from this page.
What is billed by the organizer?
Space, electrical supply, rigging, permits and internet are usually arranged and charged through the organizer. We list them as exclusions so your budget stays honest.
Can we change the scope later?
Yes. Every add-on shown in the estimator is priced separately, so a change is a clear line on the quotation, and rush work is quoted case by case.
Is Eventful Group the exhibition organiser or an official contractor?
No. Eventful Group offers independent exhibition booth design and build services. Naming an exhibition does not imply an organiser partnership or official contractor status. Space booking, organiser fees and approvals follow the organiser's exhibitor manual.
Can I request a booth for a Saudi exhibition not listed here?
Yes. Send Eventful Group the exhibition name, city, date, footprint and exhibitor manual. We review the scope and service availability before confirming a quotation. The estimator includes Riyadh transport; other cities need a separate logistics quotation.
