Our Story
Eventful Group started in 2019 with a simple idea: make it easier for people in Saudi Arabia to plan and celebrate the moments that matter. We started with services — limos, photobooths, hospitality — and we ran them ourselves, across Riyadh, Jeddah, and the Eastern Province.
What we found was a market full of potential and an industry that hadn't caught up. Bookings happened over WhatsApp. Vendors had no digital presence. Event planners were managing everything manually. There was no platform, no system, no intelligence layer connecting any of it.
So we built one. Then we built an AI on top of it.
Today, Eventful Group operates two divisions — a tech arm building the platforms and AI tools the Saudi events industry runs on, and a services arm still operating on the ground. Because we believe you can't build for a market you've left.

Eventful Group is led by its founder — someone who has spent years inside Saudi Arabia's events industry, not advising it from the outside. The company was built from direct operating experience: running services, seeing the technology gaps firsthand, and building the solutions the market needed.
That founder-operator perspective shapes every decision. We don't build features we haven't needed ourselves. We don't enter markets we haven't studied from the inside. And we don't stop at the technology — because we know what happens on the day of the event matters just as much as what happens on the platform.
